Recently Arik has been cancelling flights without informing their customers. I have family stranded at the airport with no hope in sight for their flight. This is very disappointing.

In Dec, they cancelled a flight from Gombe, my sister and her friend who were corpers had to take a bus home! We have been asking for a refund since time memorial, no response from their office! They said they will refund the card used to make the booking. Till today, nothing!

What has been your recent experience with Arik? Can't a group of suffering passengers just come together and sue them? This is very annoying!
