There was no need including the three years experience of washing and cleaning, I just think its irrelevant. may be with 3_yrs experience she/he will be able to wash even with his/her toes

No company will want to allow a person that is not atleast educated to secondary school level to work with them, but asking for three years cleaning and washing experience is too much.

The fact that you clean your house everyday doesnt mean you will do well in a cleaning job.

we all sell one or two things at different times in our lives, but that doesn't make us good salespersons. There is a place for experience and expertise in every job.

I have hired different secretaries and I have seen the impact of experience on their job delivery. The supposedly smart ones with zero experience has fumbled and the not too smart ones with profound experience has proved themselves.

The company do want to recruit and in doing so, they don't want to spend time training the employee(s) Hence the need for experience. Before we castigate the company, what if their outlook is one of the highway managers? These highway managers are those who sweep the streets/ highways. Those that are based in Lagos, would be familiar with these people.

Secondly, the description says Female Cleaner/office Assistant.

You don't expect some organisations to bring in dunce to assist in the office. An office assistant must have interpersonal skills and communication competence, to some level.
