No matter what i tell you right now you can't stop thinking about her "now" Even if "You try not to think about her" you will still be "thinking about you trying not to think about her" But you can reduce the pain you feel when you think about her till the pain eventually subsides over time *Avoid the triggers (pictures, places you both visited together and people that remind you of her) *Avoid the thoughts of you expecting her calls, accept that it will never happen *Delete her number/pictures from your phone(obviously) Bottom line is: Stop doing things that remind you of her. Trying to forget someone is like trying to unlearn something. The more you try to unlearn the more you learn/ remember. You can only hasten it by letting the pain/ memory fade with time, Never brood too long on memories. Get your mind occupied and Accept she is gone  |
