My gud nairalanders.am a young guy of 18 yrs.i ve dis liltle prob.my skin is vry dry n wrinkled.i ve tried everytin i knw hw to do to mak it fresh n moistured bt cudn't suceed, plz do any1 ve any gud advice on diet,crim or any orda tin dat cn help me overcome dis prob as i wud soon b goin in2 d university.plz ur help wud b apreciated. |

Use coconut oil. Find the locally made coconut oil (adi agbon). They are very popular in coastal towns and you can find it in Oja Oba in Badagry. |

Take LOTS of water and find a good moisturizing cream to use on a regular basis |

Go and soak yourself in hot water for seven days ,then be shouting , OROBO OROLO MODATO< OTONDO, while you are there, when you come out, use hdrogen peroxide to spray on your body, I tried it and it worked perfectly for me. |
