how far everyone... am creating this thread here because of d no of viewers I'll get and d more d view, d high possibility of answers I'll get. This is a continuation thread from d previous one I created in health section.. (I know doctors are also here dats why)

After so many thinking and browsing online.. I av discovered d reason why I av been depressed lately and why I av lost my pleasure and enjoyment in doing things... including d inability to feel aroused when watching porn or feeling attracted to any female. I found out dat my dopamine level has decreased.. d chemical in d brain dats responsible for emotion, learning, focus and motivation... although I've checked for solutions to increase it back, they seem to be far from reach.. cos most of dem can only be seen abroad. dats why I want to ask d people in d house if you know of anything I can do to increase my dopamine and any supplement or drug I can take to stimulate it. I prefer a permanent solution also and natural solution cos most drugs can be addictive and last for some time. thanks.

(pls I nid answers so dat I can start d treatment now.. life is getting too boring for me and so many things are alredi running thru my mind)
