Banana is one of the oldest and most popular fruits on earth. It is seedless and delicious,is available in all season at a price that is very cheap.It has a very nutritional value,very hygienic in nature as it comes in a germ-proof package,with the combination of energy value, tissue building elements, protein, vitamins and minerals. It contains a large of amount easily assimilable sugar,making it a good source of quick energy.
Bananas contain a fair amount of fiber, as well as several antioxidants. One medium-sized banana (118 grams)
