They arrested him immediately, and he was about to follow them when he handed his iphone6s to his friend 2 keep. On sighting the phone, the police snatched it and released the boy. The boy insisted that they should release his phone and take him instead, police no gree. People begged dem, police still nor gree. Na hin wahala start...

The officer who took the phone was later identified after dem beat am very well. He even begged the boys not to beat him again, as he handed the iphone to the boys. Her statement remains ambiguous. How do you interpret "reasonable ground"? They require an injunction or warrant to search your private property in which your phone is one.
So coming on air to spew a subjective statement like "a police man has no right to search your phone unless there is a reasonable reason to do so" does not mean anything.

Exactly right. Let there be a publication to that effect and direct instruction form her office with a direct telephone number to call her office when in distress. In case the someone notice where they are doing such illegal duty, the person can call their office or take pixs with hidden camera from a distance.
