REVOLUTION!!! We need a revolution

Is by revolution, because some people must die for this nation to move forward

"Again"? When was Nigeria ever "great"? You can't return to something that never was.

Becoming a regional hegemony in economics. Firstly we power our neighbors with natural gas, industrialize 1st and exploit comparative advantage in grain production.

Improve infastrure being roads and rail. Do a better job strengthing transport intra african trade.

Then domesticly usual reforms people want. Take land and mineral rights out of exclusive domain of federal government and go towards individuals. Increase ease of doing business. Decentralize federal government in daily activity. End allocation system forcing states to compete. No more sharing system.

Get government out of business. Abolished state of origin for state residence. We don't need ethnic states but simply states.

Make we allow military rule us small

How are our youths today?

We complain of corruption, injustice, nepotism but how many of us live lives that are free of all these (especially corruption)?

If we have a revolution, it's still the youths that would take over. So how are our youths?

If we want Nigeria to be great, it honestly begins with you and I.

I think it all starts with greed and corruption.
If it can be reduced to minimal, then we can start from there.

Those who commented above me are saying revolution...fine but what of the aftermath of revolution,a look at Libya as a country shows what the socalled revolution did to them,Libya is still not yet stabilized till today.


my idea is simple... let us go regional. and in place of revolution,let younger people take on the helms of affairs,people with young ideas and people of calibre and timbre.
but seriously as in chemistry,these are ideal suggestions, Nigeria been great again looks a little bit unrealistic looking at the attitude and behaviour of Africans at large

Nigeria would only be great if we stop voting based on tribe and religion. vote the best man for the job regardless of his tribe or religion. that's the first step to greatness in this country

Return PDP to power!

1. Solve power supply issues by any known means. Epileptic power supply is the single biggest hindrance to Nigeria's industrialisation and industrialisation (not even agriculture) is the key to Nigeria's prosperity. It doesn't matter if the FG borrows the entire $30 billion and sinks it into power supply. But unlike in the past, they should do it right this time. For instance, investing in solar power although expensive (twice the price of gas plants), it comes with the advantage that from conception to completion of the projects can be achieved within 12 months. Another advantage is the almost zero operating cost as compared to gas plants where gas has to be bought and would never be delivered.

2. Fix our petroleum refining capacity. If Nigeria can stop importing petroleum products today, we would be saving over 60% of our forex and this alone would return the Naira to N150/$. I totally envy whoever would be Nigeria's president from 2019 when Dangote's refinery would come on stream. There would be an instant turn around in the economic fortunes of the country and as usual, whoever is the president by then would claim the glory as 'body language.'

Patriotism is the key.
