Yes the land all the houses belong to him. He simply wanted to move to his newly built 5bedroom house but the mgbati jealous woman won't let him be.
How do you owe someone rent for six months and the person hasn't done something about it like ejecting you from the accommodation. 6 months, 12 months, that's one full year and someone is still owing you rent?!!!

He was owning her late husband 20 months rent. He thought as the man died, he can chop the money and continue living for free . She did not ask him to pay in advance. Why should he lay hands on her because she asked him to pay what money he owed? Just 1 slap you say? On top her money?

I'm presently facing the same problem. A stubborn tenant who has refused to pay his rent since may 2016. I've tried to use a lawyer but they keep dragging the matter further in court. I'm willing to use brute force if necessary now. I just can't understand some people. If u cannot afford to pay your rent why not move to a smaller apartment.
