If u have any of these modems i.e glo,mtn or zain modems. I have a software that unlocks all to make them universal modems dey won't be network friendly. example(GLO modems will accept either mtn or zain sim cards via versa to other networks) U will be saving yourself from buying extra modem if u have 1 of these networks listed above. Hi,

The way you guys are talking it's like y'all be using phone modem for internet rather than a PC/ laptop. Well, pardon my ignorance, is it up to that level in Naija ? I asked because I'm traveling to Naija next month and I promise couples of people buying them handsets. However if the primary functions of having handset in naija is for internet access could you please recomend a very good brand?  I've got HTC TNyt and iphone but reading this tread kindda me think I probably need a specific brand. Thanks
