I had used them before but I prefer luno .com due to price difference (service charges) and simplicity

Remitano itself is a good site , but the customer care is fuckeddduppshiiiittttt

they queue behind excuses and never attend to your complains on time

and there's the nigerian scammer factor , they upload fake payment proof like MMM and con seller out of hard earned money

Made a deal since last friday , the bastard said he's paid with access bank mobile app, i did not get any deposit , pointed out to customer care that the buyer is a fraudster , his payment proof was fake , he cropped out the transaction reference with which one could have traced the transaction and uptill now i have not been paid , beware of remitano scam

Remitano is having issues now. Don't send your Bitcoin to them

You can't withdraw and you can't trade

Keep watching

Remitano.com

I prefer Remitano to Luno. Luno has two setback - Poor customer service & High transaction fee. A friend transacted 2 BTC, he was charged N24K, No address physically
I havent had any issue Remitano, support very efficient & transaction is peer to peer
