1. Project Officer
Job Summary
The PO will provide vital assistance to the HOD on all projects.
Working closely with the HOD, he/she will play an important role in project planning and implementation.
He/she will monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with key stakeholders for every project.
He/she will also log, manage and analyse information on the progress of the project using Excel and any other required system.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for developing and preparing project documents such as proposals, EOIs, etc.
Responsible for preparing project and cargo survey reports on a regular basis.
Responsible for preparing and sending project related correspondence to their designated recipients.
Responsbile for documenting all risks and developments pertaining to the project in a project register.
Responsible for filing and storing all project documents in a logical and retrievable manner.
Represents the company at bid/tender openings.
Attends project related meetings as required.
Assists with the development and implementation of project plans.
Assists with creating a project timescale which includes details and deadline for each project task.
Assists with developing project modalities and framework for each project.
Assists with reviewing contracts and proposals.
Liaises with the Admin department to ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are readily available for a project.
Complies with all the Company’s policies, operational procedures, and rules and regulations.

Job Qualification:
A first degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in project management and/or office administration.

2. ASSISTANT BUSINESS STRATEGY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Job Summary:
He/she will be responsible for providing quality and outstanding support in the areas of strategy, compliance, risk management, project management, and business development to all business units of Catamaran Group. 
He/she will support strategic decision making and enable business units maximise the business side of their operations.
He/she will faciliate business development plans set out by Heads of Business Units (HBUs) and will be responsible for maintaining proper governance capabilities, processes, and standards for compliance.
He/she will provide strategic advice and enable departmental processes and procedures to function more effectively and efficiently.
He/she will facilitate the strategic vision and work plan set out by the MD/CEO and will be responsible for maintaining proper governance capabilities, processes, and standards for compliance.
He/she will monitor, perform, and manage quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance with regulatory, internal and/or ethical standards.
He/she will be expected to resolve normal day-to-day issues within policy and/or escalate them with appropriate analysis and recommendations. He/she will work closely with the HBUs in developing strategy, business/marketing plans, and project management, while reporting to the MD and carrying the HBUs along in every phase of the processes involved.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsilbe for developing business plans/proposals across the various business units in the group for various projects as they arise.
Responsible for preparing strategy, risk assessment, and compliance reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Responsible for verifying that all necessary company and regulatory policies and procedures are developed, communicated, implemented, documented, and reviewed as and when due.
Responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Responsible for evaluating the efficiency of control measures and improving them continuously.
Responsible for reviewing external communications such as advertising to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations.
Responsible for periodically reviewing procedures, reports, etc to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Is actively involved in all consultancy projects for the group.
Contributes to the development and implementation of business strategies with a view to assessing inherent risks and providing recommendations.
Maintains a company-wide focus and works across each business unit to effectively develop and implement business strategy.

Job Qualification:
A first degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:2).
Minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience with at least two years in the banking industry or other corporate sector.
A postgraduate degree and/or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
