Instagram should add an option to disable auto play videos. Before I'll be able to check 10 posts 15mb s gone.

What about people that need instant notification on their phones, either from Email or other important messages.If your method is tried, messages or notification will not come up again except you open the particular App.

Disadvantage: You will not get any notification from any App except you open the App. For example, if you are a business Man or Woman or a Job Seeker and you need instant notification of your emails, that will not happen until you remember to open your Email App...
