the guy should just steal all the money he is scheduled to steal and leave office. Isn't it the money he wants? His work and his refusal to leave office for a fit and more competent leader shows he doesn't have our interest at heart. Please lets all donate $1 to this guy and let him go.

Our president is not dead, but if he wish 2 live more, he should remove hand in anytin call presidency or ruling of Nigeria.

To rule dis country call Nigeria is not a small deal or sometin of 2morrow existenance. The best tin is 4 him 2 ignore it and we should know 1 tin about all dis president, none of dem want 2 live d presidency chair. Every1 want 2 eat d morning till death due dem apart.

I care less whether or not Yar A'liar live or not live. He has a job to do(elected or selected to by the people of Nigeria). HE IS UNFIT BY VIRTUE OF HIS PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, LET HIM PROVIDE MEDICAL EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY.

Let us apply some rational thinking and leave emotion out of it for a minute.

Just before YAR A'CLUELESS was 'elected' in April 2007 he fell ill and was rushed to Germany at the outset of the election. Nearly 3 years since becoming President he has travelled to Germany and Saudi Arabia for more than a dozen times on different disguises when we all know that he has serious and life threatheing medical conditions.  A LIAR WILL NEED MORE LIES TO COVER HIS TRACK

Secondly, apart from the wasted period in trying to fix his state of physical health, I beleive that it is also affecting his mental health with his inability to reason properly to the point of knowing what direction the country is going.( a bit like Abacha in his dying days, self denial). The country is paying a sick man twice for his salary and medical costs when he is unbale perorm his job.

Also, the shame on the country called Nigeria, the most populous black country with extensive oil wealth that CANNOT build good hospital to look after his President not to talk of ordinary citizen that cannot afford to fly about seeking medical treatment. If the dounce call Preisdent successfully build a kidney and heart specialist hospital in Nigeria with top expert not only will the country save foreign exchange but unnecessary human capital ( as in death for our countrymen and women) but his name Yar A'do nothing will be immortalised for that alone.

On top of that what has the Man accomplished in nearly 3 years of 7 pointless agenda, and visionless 2020. I have said it repeatedly those words are just soundbite. They even promised 6000Mw of power by Decemeber 31st 2009, today is 2nd Decemeber 2009 less than 30days.

ONCE A LIAR, ALWAYS A LIAR.

Yar A'liar will not resign but will be in wheel chair as the president and propably die in office that is my own prediction because like majority of our 'leaders' he is a greedy man.

it is not about the man, but the office which he has further brought into disrepute with the aid of his cronies and our political class. I only care about this country being run properly, what hapens to his health is his own business because he constantly lie when he and all sane men knows that he needs help, and should either take time ou to fix his health or better still resign.

Why cant this man resign and die peacefully? he just wants to die in office and throw the country into confusion.
As a human,I wish him quick recovery, but as a patroit, am confused cos he is almost dead in office anyway. lipsrsealed

I think this man needs to step down. Dialysis 3 times a week with his weakning health is not a good recipe for the country.
Re: I am not dead. I shall live my years. Yar Adua. by olanie(m): 8:54am On Dec 03, 2009
Why did PDP present a candidate whose true state of health was in question, why was he made to become the president when all knew his health was'nt good.

President Umaru M. Yar'Adua should resign now that it is still honourable to do so. He should stop listening to selfish sycophants. My 2cents: http://www.davidajao.com/blog/2009/12/03/why-president-yaradua-should-resign/

For crying out loud, this man is seriously sick. Reports are that he may not return till next year. Yet PDP keeps telling us al lis well. I wish him speedy recovery but are we going to be without a president till next year? In this crucial time of our national development? The VP should act in his capacity until he is certified fit and returns. Crucail decisions about Nigeria cannot be taken from saudi arabia or wait till next year.

Childish deception at that too !!!! Laughable to imagine this seriously sick man challenging those who doubted his "robust" health to a game of Squash !!!! The deceptive and callous impunity of Nigerian leaders never fails to amaze me !!!!

I ve said this in several threads,Yaradua is a Greedy Bastard! As for the stupid dumb wife, her name fills my palate with bile, she's not worth a mention in my post.
I pray he dies there and stop putting Nigerians through hardship.
One thing must be made clear,Whether the power-drunks that surround him exist or not,it's obvious that Yaradua is deadmeat, facking vagetables,it is irrelevant what he says or whether he comes back to this country useless and looking a minute away frm death, the constitution must take its course. He obviously can't do anything even if they bungle him back to pre-empt speculations,Jonathan must be made to take the Saddle of Leadership.Who cares what he or his window dressers tell Nigerians.

Musa Yar'Adua: Doctors have advised family members of the ailing President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua that the Nigerian President can no longer be exposed to the rigors of politics as he would require a close monitoring following his slow response to treatment,

Thank God for the prayers of Nigerians who wish him well. This is his third chance! He should consider it as a Grace of God for him to appreciate those who prayed for him by resigning and be a hero like Mandela. He should not follow the example of the greedy African leaders, if he does not want the wrought of God.
