Across? when they say across, what does it mean? In all river basins in the country or just some selected few? How many of the river basins and how many of these are installed? no details. because it's for propaganda purposes.

This equipment is used to monitor weather conditions and this same equipment is also installed in Maritime Academy of Nigeria for years now... so it's not really a big thing that should be announced on social media
