I have this problem of sweating profusely for long now, i easily sweat and I sweat real bad, a slight change in room temperature I start sweating, I cant even go out when it's hot cause it's embarrassing you walking and you the only sweating, even in evenings I still sweat, I am tired of this, it's just embarrassing, just imagine talking to someone and you wiping sweat of your face almost every second.
I cant wear one shirt twice cause of sweat, I have to always wash my stuffs everyday cause I totally hate any form of smell, this is just frustrating.

Nothing is wrong wit yu bro I was also lyk yu until I learn 2 control it by having several proper bath, going wit small size hand fan or handkerchief and yu still need 2 control ur nerves cos when yu are shocked nervous or surprise yu may start sweating profusely. And d other tin is dat I put on thick round neck wen am wearing shirt so d inner will absorb d sweat nt 2 show on d shirt. And don't look @ sweat as a barrier see it as a blessing and feel comfortable wen it occurs see it as a norms nt a barrier then yu will be anle 2 control it.. Google also would hlp

But two you need to run check up with your doctor for Koch's disease and Retrovirus test.
If you come clean for both then you can follow d good hygiene plan laid out severally above

i also sweat on my hands and feet bro..you just have to live with it..i will admit it is quite embarassing at times

I sweat a lot on my palm (hand) and foot, been facing this since primary school days and I'm 26 years old now . I guess that can't be solved bro, even as I'm typing this , my feet and palm are filled with sweats early in the morning no jokes.....

Legs and hands always cold , the only benefit is that girls like it when we are together in a room, you know when you touch their warm body with that cold one .....lol...not funny though ....

I don't use creams , only hair creams

Guy I swear, I can't drink water in peace, the one that shocked me yesterday is that I was sweating like a fool after bathing but I didn't sweat before then when I was talking with my sister.
The night episode is horrible although I don't feel it since I sleep under AC most times but my bedsheet is always soaked(my head region) when I wake up in the morning even under AC at night.

They contain Caffeine which can cause increase in the heart beat thereby causing internal heat.
Stop taking them and replace them with water. Drink enough water. You'll see that you urinate more instead and you are more cool. Keep drinking water.
