Is this normal, palpitations? obesity..I'm a bit overweight though as I haven't exercised in a while. I'm also considering resuming my exercise regimen. Doctors and health personnel pls advise accordingly. thanks.

I believe you're experiencing Tachycardia.....

This is when your heart beats faster than normal when in resting state (I.e. Having a heart beat rate).
