a very simple answer. How much were we buying fuel then? Whatever shortage we had from reduced crude oil has been compensated for by increase in fuel price. The govt of Jonathan was selling crude high but they were also paying billions in subsidy. The govt of Buhari sells crude for a lower prize but also stopped paying billions in subsidy and even added 50 naira stamp duty which also equal billions to our banking transactions so forget the lies that reduced crude prize in responsible for recession.
