I started a chat with the lady on what's app with this number 08168235497 she displayed on instagram...after some days I agreed to make the purchase and she said it's a "pay before delivering" and since it ain't my first time of buying on Internet, I paid to her with the agreement that the item will arrive the second day, but unfortunately the item didn't arrive the second day so I gave her a call and she said it's gonna be the following day..on the following day, it didn't arrive so I called her again and she picked and said she's gonna track it cos it supposed to have delivered and after a while of expecting her call, I called her and since then she didn't pick my call again till now...this happened 2days ago....I just need to track this lady who goes by the name OLURO OLUWABUNMI FUNMILAYO with an account with WEMA BANK of account number 0233929312...can someone help me
