Pls how do one know a genuine agent that can really help with canada visa. What are things you look out for to know he is genuine. When he offered you the option of providing a letter, you should have known that was fraud but you chose to keep mute. If only you have done it yourself I am sure this wouldn't have arised. Please own up so that such fruadulent agencies can be banned. [/quote] 1 Like |

Please is this a deal or too expensive in south east Edmonton. Fully furnished executive unit with 2 bed, 2 bathrooms (very convenient), in-suite laundry, separate storage room, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and housewares for only $1695/ month with all utilities, secure underground heated parking, and free gym access. Or you can have it for $1495 where you pay your own utilities. This unit is in an excellent family-friendly safe neighborhood, quick access to all services, amenities, schools, parks, shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very convenient public transit s/ bus top is less than 2 minutes walk. Edmonton people please help. I need to have an idea of what to look out for. Thank you |

Hello seniors, we are a family of four , 2 adults and 2 children, and plan on settling in gatineau Quebec because of the perceived affordability of apartments and daycares whilst we look for jobs in Ottawa or elsewhere. Challenge is we don't speak French. Kindly advice if this is a good choice 2. If there are payoffs between home and daycare affordability to other expenses 3. Provinces and cities we can opt for aside the above mentioned. Your kind responses will greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

sweetrie:From the description. It seems you are renting a condo. The price of rental properties or houses would depend majorly on the size (sq ft) and what part of the city/town the apartments are located. You could be paying anything from $1200 to over $2k for similar properties depending on location. When you are thinking about rent, you should also have monthly bills and expenses at the back of yout mind. How much you are willing to pay depends on how much money you have in the bank, affordability and other expenses you may have. For other bills and expenses, consider the list below: Electricity(not inclusive in condos): $60 to $100 Gas: $60 to $150 (depending on distance driven and engine size) Car Insurance: $80 to over $200 Phone bills: $65 to $100 Home internet: $70 to $120 Personal care and feeding: $300 to $600 House insurance and bank fees: $40 (All per month) I have excluded some other bills like child care because this is only required for parent and working couples. I have also assumed you do not have a car financed or leased. 13 Likes 7 Shares |

salford1:Wow. Thank you very much. When it said all utilities, I had assumed that includes electricity, water, parking and heat. It also comes furnitured. Okay, I will rethink since I have a toddler. Thank you for taking time to answer. 1 Like |

sweetrie:If you have a toddler and are looking to work. Just include $500 for subsidized day care. Double the amount for non-subsidized. You may want to ask the landlord to define "utilities included". Utilities included usually means all bills except electricity and internet. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
