A Measure Of Worst Labour Law by Nobody: 8:37pm On Feb 14, 2017
A measure of worst labour law in my

beautiful country.A painful heart of

workers in my motherland. Where you

work hard and eat like a slave, A place

where being a graduate is not valued

any more, HND/Bsc Graduate certificate

is being looked as if it was just

gotten within 1hr...

Criticism is allowed, but the fact

still remains that OUR so called

NIGERIA LABOUR CONGRESS (NLC),should

try and push the ammendment of Labour

Law in this country forward to the

HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY....

Sit....Relax....Take a 50 Naira

Groundnut and contribute to what am

about to write....

Take a look at Note counters in Zenith

bank, they are being paid a token of

58,500 monthly with no promotion,no

leave allowance,no profit sharing,no

christmas bonus, pays for fake note if

found in is cash. Thou it was stated in

there letter that they are being

employed by peoples plus management

service as a contract to zenith bank.

But the question is this, who owns

People's Plus Management Sevice..it is

actually owned by Zenith bank, Zenith

bank pays the staffs of Peoples Plus...

Some Note counters has HND/Bsc/Msc and

some are ICAN certified, thinking

someday they will upgrade them to a

higher place in the company being the

fact that it is there field, but yet

they have being waiting for more than

10yrs and yet it is this same Note

counter that first train the Tellers

how to handle cash which in the next 3

to 4 years after employing the

Teller,they get promoted ET (Executive

Trainee),which comes with the increment

in slary and some other packeages..Take

a look at the Note counter,he still

remain on the 58500 with no other

packages, and still pays for shortage or

fake note found in there cash after

counted. But yet they give the so

called contract Note counter a pension

scheme. They are on contract, why give

them a pension scheme (To my little

understanding,contarct is a short time

thing)....
This same Zenith bank goes to open

business in Ghana and Zambian, all the

workers there from the head to the

cleaner are all staffs and benefitting

all the goodies of the the package a

normal employer should enjoy....NLC,

should look into it, cos the so called

zenith bank says they pay over 100k

plus to the Note counters monthly and

also said tthey don't have contract

staff as passed to the so called CBN,

but the NLC and CBN should not be

deceived, they are the owners of the

peoples plus,so the called money goes

back into there account...The NLC

should look into this matter..

Take a look at the factory workers

OK food, Amingo , Expression e.t.c . Do

they really take care of them what

are they paid what packages comes

with there employment? We are being

used like a slave in our motherland and

being paid token, at the end of the

day, they will say" we give your people

jobs"...In so many manufacturing

companies,people are being used anyhow

and some people die on the job almost

everyday and yet they don't compesate

and take care of the rest in the

company...
Are we truly a Citizen of Nigeria
Do we have a good NLC??
If yes is the Answer...
So Justice should be done, by looking

into the LABOUR LAW in this country....

Please Share till it get to the

neccessary place...It is all for

Us...Present worker...People Looking

for Jobs and for our future....[/b]
