the number of men is inversely proportional to the time and directly proportional to the number of houses.
So a relation would be
men(2)*days(2)/houses(2)
= men(1)*days(1)/houses(1)
therefore
days(2)=days(1)*houses(2)/houses(1) * men(1)/men(2)
?day=4days*6men/10men*3houses/7houses = 72/70days
since 86400 secs in 1 day
then it will take 72/70day * 86400secs/1day= 88868.57 seconds
