I admit as a Banker myself, I should have double check the account, but I was pressed with other matters.
When things started not adding up, then I began digging.

Did you even confront this guy about what he did?
What was his reaction? What if there's a mix-up somewhere?

They were just doing their JOB.

There's one thing I need you to explain Plat - how on earth will UPS send something to NIGERIA of all places and not pre-charge you for delivery?

How can you 'print a shipping label and send documents' without payment?   You claim you only knew after UPS brought a letter to your office? So they let you send a letter without payment?  undecided

Like I said, there's more to this than meets the eye
