Referendum In Nigeria. by SuperPanther: 7:46pm On Mar 05, 2017
Our constitution does not allow for referendum to be conducted anywhere in Nigeria.

My question is how can we get a referendum conducted in the face of separatist agitations in parts of Nigeria?

There has to be a way.

It's not allowed in a federal constitution. If Nigeria was a confederation like the US, it would have been settled
