so I tried becoming muscular atleast build up so I started doing pushups and for just three days and 30 pushups I now suffer from severe muscle pain and pain in my lower abdomen should I continue?? am I doing it wrong?? is it normal?? should I quit?? |

Increase d pushup to 60 nd c if it wil lve ur lower abdomen 2 ur upper abdomen |
