3. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL QNQ, SELLER HANDS OVER DOCUMENTS TO BUYER, THEN BUYER PAYS THROUGH MT103 TO THE SELLER FOR THE ENTIRE CARGO AND DEDUCT THE INITIAL AMOUNT FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
