france is only trying to be politically correct becos a section of her own pipul in d region of basque in southern france ar also agitating for secession. if france publicly voice their support for bia..fra, basque pipul will use it against dem to step up their campaign. simple as dat.
notin spectacular about dis article. those mastubating on dis article thinking france will not support bia..fra ar d suckers hia. they have no idea of france's under-ground activities.
we appreciate france underground support.

Honestly I'm still battling with my reasoning ability to ascertain how France happens to be significant in the restoration of Biafra, and some zombie clowns are celebrating already. 20 years after the restoration of Biafra, Biafra will overtake France economically and otherwise. By then, to the mallams, afonjas and the rest of the zombies, we would be like....

Honestly you are ignorant as regards how new nations are formed. For your Biafra to succeed, you will have to go through the UN and the security council of which France is a permanent member must be in support. The only other way is to defeat the Nigerian army on the battlefield and present the UN with a fait acompli. With this news your Biafran agitation has suffered a major setback

Re you saying that France's support is superlative requirement in the UN for the restoration of Biafra?

Yes that is exactly what I'm saying. Without the support of all 5 members of the UN security council, no new country can be formed under the sun as every single square inch of land on this planet is presently claimed by one nation state or another

It's like the stock market idiot, where one big dog goes several are bound to follow. A diplomat air's the views of its nation.

Biafra has always been a joke to well versed politicians home and abroad. Countries spend millions of dollars and man hours for Sudan, Libya and Syria ... nobody want to support anything remotely similar to this.

Other issues include Brexit, the British exit also proves that 90 - 95 % of the populace never knew what was going on or understood what would come after brexit and england has very good communication networks. If this is the case in that nation, what is the current state of the easterner who support biafra. Do they understand the implications ?

Back to France, Like England to Nigeria et.all, France is Liege to several nations in Africa. So, it is safe to assume that francophone nations will follow suit. The UK will not even condone the idea, we can see this from their total avoidance of the nnamdi kanu issue. That lives Russia, China and the US. China wont' recognise Biafra, as we have replicated in the past. We don't recognize Taiwan. The United States, always looks at strategic interest in lay mans terms net present value. If its cheaper to keep Nigeria and keeping Nigeria in one peace is in line to the present strategic interest of the united states. Then the US will do as it always has - do what's best for the United States.

So you see Biafra... was never a good idea. It's entire success is built on the oil from the Niger-Delta which is why this group has several times claimed port-harcourt and other regions including Akwa-Cross as Biafran.

The last time Biafra tried violent confrontation, they lost more than 2 million people in less than 3 years in the hands of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

Put by the side who supports Biafra or not, the question is, what the Biafrans tendered as the reason they want to go back to their land, are they true? Are they really marginalized? Where there genocidal records against them? The number of people they claim have been killed by Nigeria Government both past and recent, are they true? If the honest answer to the above questions are "YES" do you think its humanly right to ignore them? Be on the side of the truth for once, you won't die for it.

On weather Biafra will be recognized by China or not, I can tell you that China needs Biafra than the Biafra need them, go to China today, they will confess to you that Nigeria is gigantic to their economic booster, when they say Nigeria, who are the Nigeria they are referring to? Biafrans! Otherwise what economic value do Nigeria has to offer China?

That's the question. I have always said that if you are a Nigerian who believe in fair play, equity, and honesty, you probably believe in Biafra too.
No need to worry about France and Britain, their interest in marginalizing their colonies to the point of failure is legendary. Like Biafra, South Cameroon also wants to be free, but guess who is against that? France of course. History is not on their part.

I wonder why you ignored my above questions, but never the less, it may interest you to know that even if France has the capacity to obstruct our quest, they are neither God, what ever God declares stands, remember the time of Israelites, Pharoe refused to let them go to their land after God had given the command, even the Egyptians never believed it will ever be possible for the Israelites to gain their freedom because Pharoe thought that all power belong to him, but when the time was due for the Israelites to go, how it happened remains a puzzle to Pharoe and the Egyptians till tomorrow.

Are you asking if the Igbos are marginalized in Nigeria today? Well, does the sun rise from the east? Does the Igbo have the least number of states, and corresponding political power allocation and federal allocations
These are easy questions you know the answers whether you pretend to be Igbo or not.

You are obviously avoiding the questions and having done so in two consecutive times, any sane mind can see how hypocritical you and your Country Nigeria are.
