5 Possible Reasons Why The Churchill's Still Haven’t Filed A Divorce - Lvmedia by Drinokrane: 2:07am On Mar 16, 2017

While the relationship gulf between Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh and her billionaire hubby, Churchill Oladunni have widened over time as reports of their marriage crises fill the social media space, neither of the estranged couple have given even the slightest hint of a divorce. While all their current actions negate the possibility of a reunion soon, not mooting the divorce option may suggest all hope is not yet lost. This is certainly a good thing for their fans. But while such hope remains, we have decided to take a look at the possible reasons why a couple can be that publicly ‘separated’ without taking a legal option.

1. The Son, King
This is an easy conclusion, especially considering the fact that a lot of marriages in this part of the world are held together by the glue of children in times of conflict between husband and wife. Tonto Dikeh makes it clear her son is the centre of her world right now. On the other hand, Churchill had also in his few comments reached out to his boy after his wife moved away.

2. A Prenup
The idea of signing a deal not to make claims for damages, alimony and all that is still not a common practice in this part of the world, but it won’t be a surprise if it was part of the marriage arrangement between Churchill and Tonto Dikeh. After all, the real idea behind the concept of a prenuptial agreement is to protect the wealthy from being taken advantage of by gold-diggers and con men. Is this what happened between Tonto and billionaire Churchill? You never can tell.

3. Another Deal
What this means is that even if there were no pre-nup arrangement, there could have also been a deal after the marriage to prevent escalating any possible crisis to the point of going to court for anything, including divorce processes. Image and business interest plays a major role. But after all the bad press surrounding the marriage so, this factor may not hold too much weight.

4. Darker Secrets
Yes, darker secrets. These are deal breakers or makers. You never know what these fighting lot may have on each other that will make them stay off some course of action in their battle for public acceptance of who did what or not. Tonto Dikeh’s recent threat to release damning evidence in her arsenal after the Ghanaian police officer episode is a case in point here. This weapon can be used by both parties to stall divorce action for whatever personal reasons.

5. Love
No one said couples can’t have a fight or be separated and still find their way back. Tiwa and TeeBillz are still fresh in memory. Same with the silent healing going on between Ubi Franklin and Lilian Esoro. Love always wins if it’s not dead or killed. Maybe, just may be, the fire of love that led the estrange couple to the altar has not burned out completely. This hope is enough to stay action in the matter of divorce, don’t you think?
Whatever their reasons are for holding on or out, they cannot be far from any of these listed above. In the meantime, we hope they find the strength and grace to forgive and heal.
