I had posted something similar a few hours ago, but I've been asked to reveal our investment packages. That i will do here. Catfish farming is one great and sure source of income. However, it is not a GET RICH QUICK way of making money. Patience is one key to success and.the same applies to catfish farming. There are 5 steps in becoming a successful fish farmer.
1. Patience
2. Patience
3. Patience
4. Patience again
5. Love for your fishes
Yes!!! PATIENCE is the key word. Even when you've got all the funding you need, patience is key. This is because they do not have a fixed growing period. It depends on your target (in terms of size, e.g. 300g, 500g, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, etc) and what you hope to achieve.

That said, our investment runs for an 8month period and it in 4 categories. Our target in Dansari Group (NADIA CHILD) is to grow 1.5kg - 3kg fishes within the said period in multiple ponds.
***(please if you are a get-rich-quick person, don't bother to invest in fish farming, try something else......)
1. Invest #420,000 we offer 15% ROI
2. Invest #728,000 we offer 32% ROI
3. Invest #1,038,000 we offer 35% ROI
4. Invest #1,372,000 we offer 39% ROI
ALL IN EIGHT (cool MONTHS

The next set of our harvest comes up in 3weeks from now. This is why im taking this extra step to reach out to other interested investors for our next batch of farming.
I am located in Minna, Niger state and by an all year flowing river (our.source of water). Feel free to visit our farm on that day and feed your eyes if you stay in or around minna.

Want to start a thread on possible limitations to a successful and Bumber harvest in catfish farming.... Please all other experienced catfish farmers In the house like me should also share one or two points that will help other intending farmers...
That said, hear are a list of some limitations/causes of poor harvest
1) poor stock
2) lack of understanding on the performance and behavior of the major species of catfish
3) flood
4) poor water supply system
5) lack of continuity in feeding
6) disease outbreak
7) over drugging of fish
cool theft on the farm
9) lack of proper understanding of the quantity of feed required to feed fish with to get a particular weight
10) feed change / change of fish feed formula
11) use of foreign feed all through a farming season
12) faulty farm scale used to weigh at point of sale
Etc
Other contributions are welcomed to help those who have been calling me and those intending to go into the business. Thanks and God bless our hardwork.
