Are you offended with the programme, the tv reality show called Bigbrother Naija is an entertaining and educative programme and I've really gained alot from it. The task, the diary sections etc.

The winner gets N25,000,000 and a new jeep which translates to economy boom to the winner and his/her immediate family member.
The other participants are brought into limelight which thus help them move faster in their varying chosen field.
If their newly got fame and popularity is managed very well it would give them faster financial reward .
The show might not make much sense or fully didactic but still remain part of literature as it depicts what happens in the real world.

The major aim of BBN is to simply generate cheap money for the organisers and promoters who are capitalists. The mind of an average Nigerian is like the TV and the remote control. You can easily tune it to any direction you wish. This has been my thinking about the sort of unexplainable passion Nigerians lavish on Europian soccer. How else can you keep our minds unproductive?
