Optimist1998:Sadly my textbook isn't anywhere close, but then I realize you are right. A capacitor can store charges hence reducing sparks created by the inductor.... My bad! |

Re: UTME 2017: Thread For Science Jambites by Donpre(m): 2:15pm On Mar 30, 2017 |
GrandFinale2017:since you're not rewriting, then you probably choosing another uni then... Which do you have in mind? |
Re: UTME 2017: Thread For Science Jambites by Donpre(m): 2:22pm On Mar 30, 2017 |
Nuel25846:Its simple(maybe not so simple). Add more tension, and solve more past questions till your brain gets use to the pressure. Or you can practice being 'detached'(i.e emotionless) throughout the exercise. sadly, neither of them is easy 1 Like |

Donpre:Glad you're clear |
Re: UTME 2017: Thread For Science Jambites by Nobody: 5:10pm On Mar 30, 2017 |
Nuel25846:Donpre has said it all but just to add It all boils down to how well you understand the basics of the question you're answering. What happens when you study lets say projectiles for months and can't answer a "twisted" question from that same topic? It simply means you don't understand projectiles yet, because if you do ......the formulas would come easily, if peradventure you forget the formula-deriving yours wouldn't be a big deal. Again formulas have a whole lot of history behind them. There's a reason why its 1/v and not v. Try to understand why, also try as much as possible to give yourself a reason to use that formula. One more thing, don't get conditioned to one textbook because any deviation from that style might distort your previous knowledge making you absolutely confused. You've got a phone practice different exams-it mustn't be Jamb, watch countless tutorials and keep practicing. Not so easy but pretty easy in a way. Quick question: Would you die if a grain of rice fell on your head?! No matter the tension/pressure you should be able to tell anyone the answer to that question 2 Likes |

Optimist1998:This is crazy!... so a mandatory use of keyboard keys wasn't bad enough, now this. They are giving stup!d excuses while forgetting that a reduced time would lead to increased pressure, tension and anxiety, hence another inglorious year of mass failure Well all I can do now is laugh engineering aspirants... maths, phy, chem and English under 2 hours? it sucks to be them right now |
Re: UTME 2017: Thread For Science Jambites by Donpre(m): 8:19pm On Mar 30, 2017 |
