Given the previous unsuccessful elections, I have decided to take on the responsibility and create a new poll here. As the Moderator of this section is not in support, she has modified the title to read as it does.

However, there shall be strict rules to apply, and whoever disobeys will have his/her post deleted with no apologies.

RULES

1. Nominations shall be accepted on the first 2 PAGES of this thread ONLY. Please make[b] ONE post and allow others to make their nominations.[/b] If you make more than one, the first post shall be left and others deleted. After the second page, you can carry on conversations as usual.

2. The most popular nominees in after the first two pages will be included on the poll. . . up to a maximum of[b] NINE nominees. [/b]Voting will close on 30th December 2009.

3. If a tie occurs in the process of choosing the nominees, the nominee who got nominations earlier shall be added to the poll.

4. Anyone with more than one active ID shall be immediately disqualified from the poll.

5. Moderators, no matter how good they are, cannot feature on the poll - those are the rules.

Please note that if you cannot see your vote or you are redirected after casting your vote its no glitch, its being set that way to prevent people knowing the results before the polls expire.
