I know we all want to be happy in life, we all want to fulfill our dreams and we don't want to be stranded. For the the sake of the wellbeing and happiness of your family and yourself, you should stay away from these:

1) PORNOGRAPHY AND OTHER SEXUAL ADDICTION.
2) DRUG ADDICTION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
3) ALCOHOL ADDICTION.
4) BAD FRIENDS.
Porn addiction, drug addiction, substance abuse and alcohol addiction all have similar effect on the brain. This effect is a ruining and devastating effect on the brain. The part involved is that associated with higher brain function: memory. People who engage is such compromise their intellectual ability and they become vegetables. If they are students, they are likely to drop out of school.

So please, stay away from porn, drugs, marijuana, masturbation, excessive alcohol intake and too much sex. Porn, drugs and alcohol has no effect on you if you see them and have no craving for them, they only ruin your brain if you indulge in them and get addicted to the point that it seems you can't resist. Unfortunately, our society is oblivious of these facts.

So, tell your children, your friends and you yourself that you should stay away from these to preserve your happiness, your family and life ambition. I know we don't want to end up with any neurodegenerative disease. Thanks.
