The Nigerian underground music scene is bursting with so much music geniuses that one wonders why a lot of them are yet to achieve mainstream recognition and fame.



Here are10 Nigerian songs that are too good to be slept on; give them a listen and thank us later.

Desire by Odunsi the engine ft Tay Iwar and Funbi If you don’t know who Odunsi is, you’ve not been paying attention to the underground music scene in Nigeria. Today is your lucky day. While we wait for the release of his EP, Odunsi has dropped “Desire” as a tease of what’s to come. Listen to the song below.


2. Come Home by Enzobobbies ft Nkemjika : A new comer to the game with a fresh sound and a voice so melodious it could make angels fall in love; that’s what Enzobobbies brings to the game. Cozy Wave by STRAFF ft M.I Abaga : Thirsty worldwide signee STRAFF released his highly anticipated EP “Vanilla Sky” last month and Cozy wave is one of those songs that once you hear it, you’ll want to hear it over and over again. 10. Beat it up by Santi ft DJ Yin & Tay Iwar : The sensational ozzy b a.k.a Santi teamed up with DJ Yin and Tay to bring out a monster track. Santi seems to be on a wave that has no end as 2 of his songs were featured on Drake’s OVO Sound radio. This is your chance to get familiar with the wave that is Santi.

I don't know any of the artistes nor any of the songs.May have to download to see how good these songs are.
