but someone introduce me to a marketing job under first bank insurance, and salary is based on how many customers and money I gather from the customers.
please, I want you to advice me if I should go for the job or seek for better one.

As a civil engineer, you will grow bigger, better and with honor if you practice your field of study.You can work under a successful civil engineer for the time being to get experience. My choice if Were in your shoes.
