Can't wait to see how he fares against the apostle Grunbeld.

That Grunbeld hammer tho, felt like it could chopgGuts to pieces. But Guts just got his demonic armor, hyped for the fight

Briefly it is about a guy named Issei who finally gets a girlfriend,goes on a date with her...and at the end of the date, the girlfriend suddenly decides to send him to the great beyond.....only for him tobe reseurected by a strange girl at his school called Rias Gremory....and for said girlfriend to be defeated and chased off by said Rias Gremory.

Rias is a demon...and as a result of his ressurection....Issei becomes a demon too...and is drawn into an ongoing war between the demons and their enemies...the angels and the fallen angels.Oh...and he gains a harem...of lovely ladies.

Lotsof ecchi....but also lots of drama,fighting, and comedy. There are 3 seasons....High School DXD, High school DXD New,and High School DXD born. A 4th season is expected before the end of this year. It is based on the light novel of the same name.


Been over a year since I watched it by the way....and only seasons 1 and 2.

well I know guts is dead meat if he tries to fight zodd in apostle form without the armor. I just thought grunbeld is not as strong as zodd. guts first encounter with grunbeld wasn't kinda fair ( guts was wounded physically and spiritually).

There are too many strong enemies tho, too many people for guts to fight. I wonder how he'll defeat the godhand plus all the powerful apostles femto has gathered
