Education in that state is dead already. Those kind of states are the states that pray that NYSC is not scrapped. Countless number of schools have no teachers. In fact almost all govt schools are miracle centres, with students harassing teachers to go and read simply because they paid cooperation fee for their external exams. Place that have not seen their report cards for more than a year I was there. That one na state?

Rubbish...
Just want to rubbish names of teachers, instead to fukky cine out that u can't pay agin,that u want to retrench some teachers..foolish govt that have been owing workers now coming out with this flimsy excuses to deceive delusional Nigerians
