Explorers:
Nigerian airports have become an eyesore as both functional and grounded airlines have turned them into graveyards for dead aircraft o a first time visitor to Nigeria’s airports in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja or Kano, they look like graveyards for dead airplanes.

IBB is the major culprit. The man killed virtually all thriving government establishment.

That's were they get spare parts to fix the functioning one, so don't blame them for keeping those rusty planes around

There was a country indeed. The despair, pity and sadness I used to feel about this country has turned into absolute disgust
There are days I wonder if this country will ever get redemption.

Why are these punctured balloons left undisposed? They should have been buried by now. sadWhy are these punctured balloons left undisposed? They should have been buried by now. Stench & stinks. CAN'T BEAR THE SMELL. Pls, don't leave the skeleton to the fourth generation after it rotten if there is no idea of what to do with them in a country of over 170ml in population.

Explorers:
In 1985 Nigeria Airways had 17 planes.

Emirates had only 3 planes.

In 2017, Emirates has 256 planes, it is now the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,600 flights per week from its hub at Dubai International Airport, to more than 154 cities in 81 countries across six continents.

Nigeria Airways has none.

Our leaders are intellectually handicapped. We have many tourist attractions, transport those planes to these places and convert them to restaurants, Internet cafe and other useful spots.

It will be better put to use in the university research centres. Let them be donated to university for them to study aircraft gas turbine and avionics

Trump is 75 years old, and he is plotting a new narrative for the future of America. Stealing and corruption has nothing to do with age, it's a culture in Nigeria. There are relatively young men and women in the senate who are part of the culture of stealing. I would rather have an incorruptible old leader than a corrupt young buffoon.

Stealing and Corruption are symptoms of a structural defect. In creating a new narrative, we need to dig up the foundation and correct the structural defects that are causing the terrible symptoms like you see in the dead airplanes, the Ikoyi loot, the Fulani herdsmen killings, the Nepa quagmire, the messy healthcare and an endless lot other.

The structure is the problem and until there is a new narrative, the mess would continue.

An old generation stuck in the past(the likes of Buhari, Obj, IBB and all the other names we've been hearing since we were born) cannot be left to plot future that the 20 year olds of today would live in for the next 70 years. It's a misnomer. They've had thier opportunities and have failed at it. Yes this generation might fail, but at least let them try.

The most saddening part is that this will continue because we have evil people in leadership positions. The youths that are supposed to effect the change are already divided along religious, ethnic and political lines.

Buhari promised to sell the presidential jets in order to revive the Nigeria Airways and fly on our national carrier as some other countries do.
What happened to that promise?
Who knows?

The only gift you received from God is tribalism. It is innate in you. Shame. If not Igbos is gej. You need total orientation of the damage your parents caused in your coconut head. Empty vessels.

The followers are goners. The followers are the tribalists the namecheckers and those who sell their vote for a cup of rice. Our only power is in our vote..yet our vote is our biggest weakness.
