Simple, feminists only see equality from the middle up, which is why they perceive women to be on the bottom. I've always thought it's unfair that all hard labour and riskful jobs rely exclusively on men's shoulders while women are relieved to do them. the fact they have less physical strength is no valid excuse to rule them out from those tasks. Gender equality is not a shopping list where you can take what you like and dismiss what you dont'. Feminists are very much vocal when it comes to advance women in high paid jobs but they have never did much of anything to fight the social prejudice that keeps women away from menial and physically demanding works besides some confused and incoherent claims about changing traditional gender roles followed by no facts at all. Honestly, hard labor jobs suck. Of course feminism isn't advocating for women to go out there and settle for jobs that tend to be awful. Do you honestly want men to have those jobs? I mean, someone has to have them, but is being a coal miner or a garbage man the kind of job you hope your sons aspire to? Of course not, you'd want your son to have a nice job, where he gets paid well and doesn't endanger his well being.
