Its been quite frustrating here in my cafe as i cant access yahoo mail, but i can access other sites very welll. what do u think could be the problem. besides am using a broadband ku band dish. pls comment. tenx

Depends on what type of
email you are using such
as POP3 SMTP or HTTP

or do you access you mail
from e.g. www.yahoo.com

What's actually happened ?

Any error messages ?

Can you access secure site ?

When does this start ?

Try other web browsers such as
Internet explorer, Firefox, Opera
just to mention a few. try accessing
your email from another computer
and see what happens.

If it's accepted, then clear your cookies and cache in your web browser. That's the number one cause of this problem.
IE6, 7, 8: From the Menu Bar, do Tools | Internet Options | You land in the General Tab of a new pop-out small window titled Internet Options. Click on Delete Cookies and confirm, then Delete Temporary Internet Files and confirm. When completed, close the Internet Options window.

Firefox: From the Menu Bar, do Tools | Clear Private Data. Make sure only the Cookies, Cache and Authenticated Sessions tick boxes are checked, then proceed to clear those.

do you have the problem after clearing your cookies and cache/temporary internet files?
