It has "4G'LTE" logo on it, but I haven't been able to find where to switch to 3G/4G on the phone.
I have been searching online since then without success...

It doesn't have 4G anywhere. It's 3G enabled. It's just a sticker!

I can't even switch to 3G self. Do you know the phone very well and how do I switch to 3G?
