Eyewitness account says otherwise. Yes it was an accident and people's recklessness and not observing duty of care causes most accidents including this one.

It's because Nigerians have no value for human life, if they did they wouldn't justify or try to excuse manslaughter that cost a man his life. A man who was on his own, going home to meet his family. It annoys me when I see those kind of comments.

To answer your question, yes she was charged and convicted for DUI, but being Naija she is yet to serve her term due to sentiments like these.

I am very familiar with the case, I have always followed it closely.
