It wasn't an app I used.
While the phone was having the issue, I went to the android factory reset mode when I pressed and held the volume up + power key and there, I saw the option to back up my data on SD card which I did successfully. Although my phone's date at the time was incorrect also.

Everything backuped successfully. I can even see the files on my SD card but I'm unable to restore them.

I use a Leagoo M8 pro Gold colour and the touch is giving me serious problem, it presses like 3 or 4 button by itself without me touching it, and engineer said i will need to change the touch screen.

plz anybody ever faced same issue here and also how can i get the touch, I will sincerely appreciate your kind and quick response.
