Their is no doubt that Berger is A major Stop point for those coming in to Lagos from other States. For those who dont take this route regularly,Ignorance is no defense like they say, Today 26th April 2017, at Berger Newly constructed Under bridge en route, i watched KAI Officials arresting Passers-by unaware for crossing without using the bridge,some were also arrested unaware for not following the foot lane.they were detained and heard they will pay some fines.

so beware.in this video,i took my time to draw lines of where you should avoid crossing. many people are not aware of this new laws because this is not even main Berger Express bridge. it is the Newly constructed Under Bridge.
