Let me start the trend! This happened last year. There was this particular girl I was crushing on. She was quite pretty and smart. Her smartness made me admire her more. She was in a different department from mine but we took one particular course together, it was there I got the chance to meet her. Putting up some courage, I approached her and she seemed friendly too. We got talking and we exchanged numbers. My friends were already contragulating me. Crazy guys!   That encouraged me the more.About a week later, we were in a class and I was seated with my guys at the front row. Babe passed right in front of us and I said hi. No response! We(my guys and I) concluded she didn't hear me. Unfortunately for me, she passed again and I said hi again, this time louder. Babe just gave me that 'do I know you' look.  I just felt like dying at that moment. My friends laughed like their life depended on it. I just sat there looking like a fool. Since that day, I never greeted the girl again. After sleepless nights, after biting my lips over and over, i eventually developed d balls (female balls) to make my move. it ws a long tym anyway, i think i ws in 200L then, but the memory is fresh like it took place yesterdy or shuld i say the humiliation? This is it: i pretended my phone ws lost and just asked d dude(my crush, whatever) if he had airtym. i collected his phone to flash mine and it rang where i hid it. i thanked him and left with d hopes he would be smart enuf to save d no as some 'sharp' guys would hv done. I invited crush to my house to watch Nigeria football some years ago, crush never feel like watching, I have to go drag crush down to my place that she must watch as d match is about to get started, fine crush followed. that should be in ma 300lv..I took ma crush out..to a near by eatery in school..tho I wasn't with cash..I had ma ATM card..so I was hoping to pay with POS..I asked d waiter if d stuff was working and he said yes. he served us food and we started eating..half way with d meal..he came back and said it couldn't pay..asking if I had money on me to pay..I was confused and embrassed..I asked him if I could go to bank to withdraw buh he said I had to leave d gal behind..d gal opted to pay tho..It wasn't funny at all..she is a nice gal with a good heart..we ave dated for a year now..Whenever I remember dah day..it makes me laugh.. 3 Likes |
