Since Amaechi is rich and influential, these might be gift from people who want favour from him. He might not even know the worth of what he putting on.

As long as it is constitutionally in rivers state for a former governor should be given pension, and constitutionally for a minister should be given salary there is nothing like corruption in it, except you are reading IPOB constitution but not Nigeria's constitution
