Honestly I can't even remember, will have to cross-check. Twas Assistant Lecturer or G.A. Its been quite a while. I applied at random, didn't even expect I will be called for interview.

I applied via online and paper applications.

I was the one that helped my referees to submit their recommendations through the post office alongside of my paper application.
