Hello Nlanders, for 3 weeks now my whatsapp cannot connect using my phone data. It only connects via Wi-Fi. This has limited me to the use of whatsapp. My data subscription is from etisalat, I have uninstall the antivirus and reinstall Whatssup app but still no luck. Please can anybody help with a useful suggestions? The internet is always working. |

Maybe you have turned off what's app off from accessing data...and on for WiFi.. Check settings data usage. |
