Actually the igbo casualties in the civil war were exaggerated. Just a few thousands lost their lives. The rest ran to Cameroon after Ojukwu fled.

This is exactly how it sounds when igbos deny the veracity of the Chibok story. Can there be any people more likely to be petty than Igbos? I doubt it.

Actually it is easier to believe that those girls were kidnapped than the staggering and politically exaggerated figures from the civil war that took place decades ago. Those who fought in the war are either dead or aged. Various eyewitness accounts are twisted by authors for sentimental reasons. Just saying.

No Igbo was killed in the civil war. They just gathered a few kids and starved them of food so they could take pictures and seek international sympathy.
