I made a post earlier but nobody helped with a response. I intend applying for an Australian Visa to attend a conference on June.

No I didnt. But I don't think that matters. My friend that we applied together didn't certify any document and he is already in australia. Got his grant 2weeks ago, and travelled last Thursday

I think the reason why you didn't get a response is because this is a Student Visa thread and most people here have information majorly on student visa. Why not search for a Conference or Visit Visa thread and seek for the information there.
